Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Parra, LLC ("NotiFi", "we", "us") governing your use of the NotiFi app and the website at getnotifi.app. By downloading or using NotiFi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use NotiFi.

1. What NotiFi does — and does not do

NotiFi watches the public Ubiquiti UniFi store and notifies you about restocks, price changes, and new products for items you choose to watch. That is all it does.

  • NotiFi is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubiquiti Inc. UniFi and Ubiquiti are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc.
  • NotiFi does not sell products and never places orders or handles checkout on your behalf. When something is in stock, you buy it directly from Ubiquiti at store.ui.com like anyone else.
  • Stock and pricing come from observing a third-party store that we do not control. We work to alert you quickly and accurately, but we do not guarantee that alerts are instant, complete, or error-free, or that an item will still be available by the time you reach the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use NotiFi. If you use NotiFi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

NotiFi is free to browse. Watching products and receiving alerts require a paid plan (Pro, Pro Max, or Ultra) or the one-time NotiFi Beast purchase. All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings, not in the app.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • NotiFi Beast is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

4. License to use NotiFi

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NotiFi on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as the law allows.
  • Use NotiFi to build or train a competing product, or to resell or redistribute its data or alerts.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to NotiFi's systems, or circumvent any usage limits or security.
  • Use NotiFi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

NotiFi, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Product names, images, and trademarks belonging to Ubiquiti or others remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services and content

NotiFi links to and relies on services we do not control, including the Ubiquiti store and Apple's services. We are not responsible for those services, their content, availability, pricing, or your transactions with them. Your purchase of any product is solely between you and Ubiquiti.

8. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and NotiFi only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. To the extent these Terms differ from Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the following apply:

  • The license granted above is limited to use on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
  • NotiFi, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and for providing any maintenance and support for it.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app, and any warranty claims will be our responsibility.
  • NotiFi, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-compliance, and consumer-protection claims, and any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Disclaimers

NotiFi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, accurate, or uninterrupted, that stock information reflects real-time availability, or that you will be able to purchase any item.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotiFi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed purchases, or lost data, arising from your use of NotiFi. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NotiFi harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

12. Termination

You may stop using NotiFi at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

13. Changes

We may update NotiFi and these Terms. When we change the Terms, we will revise the date at the top of this page; material changes take effect when posted. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve it informally for 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
