How often does NotiFi check the store?
Constantly, around the clock. Every product and every variant on the official US UniFi store, store.ui.com. The feed and stats on this page come from the same checks.
How fast do alerts arrive?
Pushes dispatch the moment a check observes stock flip. Ultra and Beast watches go first, then Pro Max, then Pro. Within a tier, whoever started watching earliest is alerted first, and the app shows your real position in the queue for every watch.
Doesn't the UniFi store already have restock alerts?
It does: you can sign up for notify-me pushes and emails on store.ui.com. In practice they arrive hours after the restock happens, and high-demand gear routinely sells out again before they land. NotiFi observes the storefront directly, continuously, and dispatches pushes the moment a check sees stock flip.
Will alerts get through Do Not Disturb?
Time-sensitive alerts, included with Pro Max and above, break through Focus modes including Do Not Disturb. You stay in control: iOS lets you turn time-sensitive delivery off per app in Settings.
Which products does NotiFi cover?
Everything on the official US UniFi store: gateways, switches, access points, cameras, door access, accessories, and every variant of each. New products are picked up automatically as Ubiquiti lists them.
Is NotiFi affiliated with Ubiquiti?
No. NotiFi is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubiquiti Inc. It watches the public store and sends you to store.ui.com to buy.
Does NotiFi buy anything for me?
No. NotiFi never places orders and never touches checkout. It tells you the moment stock changes; you buy directly from Ubiquiti like anyone else.
What do I get without paying?
The full catalog browser, the live activity feed, new-product alerts, and stock and price information on every product. Restock and price-drop alerts on watched gear require a plan.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Plans are annual: Pro at $9.99, Pro Max at $14.99, and Ultra at $24.99 per year. If you would rather pay once, NotiFi Beast is a one-time purchase that includes everything in Ultra, forever.
Can I pipe alerts into my own systems?
Yes. Ultra and Beast include webhooks: every alert POSTs to your HTTPS endpoint the moment it fires, authenticated with a bearer token you choose, with optional HMAC signatures, retries, and a delivery log. Point it at Home Assistant, a Discord relay, or anything else you run.
