# NotiFi (getnotifi.app)

> NotiFi is an independent iPhone app and website that tracks stock and
> prices on the official Ubiquiti UniFi store (store.ui.com, US region) by
> checking every product and variant continuously. It sends push
> notifications when watched gear restocks. NotiFi is not affiliated with
> Ubiquiti Inc.

The site publishes the tracker's first-party records: live availability for
every product, a timestamped restock log, price-change history, availability
("rarity") scores computed over trailing 90-day windows, restock timing
trends, and monthly reports. Facts on these pages come from NotiFi's own
continuous observation, not from Ubiquiti.
